Metolux Metoset Pourable Styrene Free is a two-part, free-mix, rapid-curing concrete repair resin and anchoring system. Specially formulated for extreme high strength in both compression and tension, it is ideal for anchoring large bolts, starter bars, and machinery installations.

The product features a unique packaging system that houses the pre-mixed aggregate and resin, enabling fast, clean, and easy mixing.

Mixing Instructions
  1. Stir the contents of the resin tin thoroughly before use.

  2. Remove the cardboard dividing card from the container.

  3. Add all resin contents to the aggregate and mix until the resin is fully incorporated, achieving an even consistency.

Application

Concrete Repair:

  • Remove all debris and dust from the repair area.

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and sound prior to application.

Anchoring:

  • Drill holes to the correct diameter and depth.

  • Remove debris from the hole using a steel brush and compressed air or a push pump.

  • Ensure anchoring bars are free from oil, grease, and flaking rust.

The product can be poured directly into the prepared area. Do not apply below -5°C.

Coverage Calculation

To calculate how many litres of product you need:

(length (cm) × width (cm) × depth (cm)) ÷ 1000 = Required litres of product

Storage & Shelf Life

  • Store between +5°C and +25°C

  • Shelf life: Minimum 12 months in original, unopened packaging
